"The product is fine, but they sent it in a HUGE box with their giant supply catalog, which immediately went into the recycling. This is not 1975. Nobody needs or wants a paper catalog. And we’re paying for that with shipping fees, which coukd have been half to just ship what I ordered in a little envelope. Will not be ordering again."
