Refund policy

Weaver Leather is happy to take your return. All merchandise must be returned in un-opened containers with original product packaging within 30 days of purchase for a refund (less shipping and handling).

All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number which can be obtained by following the steps below. Packages without proper documentation may not be able to be processed or may be subject to longer processing times.

Refunds are processed within 1-2 weeks of receiving returned merchandise.

Make sure that all items that are returned are packed in the appropriate sized box and all items are secured within the package. Items and contents can shift during transit and properly securing items will prevent damage.

Returning a Roll of Leather:

In the event you want to return a roll of leather please roll the leather in the same manner as the leather arrived. Then make sure the roll is completely covered in water-resistant packaging to avoid damage.

Returning Liquids or Aerosols:

Do not ship liquids or aerosols back to Weaver Leather. In many cases these items have additional handling instructions or Hazmat concerns. Instead please contact customer service for further instructions on returning this item.

Returning Knives or Sharp Items:

Knives or items with sharp edges must be returned in original packaging making sure sharp edges or points are properly covered for the safety of the handlers.

Returning Large Freight Items:

Large freight items can be returned within 30 days in unused condition. Please note, that you are responsible for arranging and funding the return of large freight items. If this item was damaged in shipping please contact customer service for more information.

Exchanging Merchandise:

At this time Weaver Leather is unable to accommodate merchandise exchanges. As an alternative, please return your item(s) as outlined above and then you are welcome to place a new order for your items by visiting weaverleathersupply.com.
