How do I return an item?
Once logged in to your account, hover over “My Account,” located in the top right corner and select “Shopping History” on the dropdown menu. On the “Shopping History” page, click on the order number that contains the item you would like to return.
You will be presented with the “Order Detail” page, on which you will click “Order Actions” and “Return Items.” Select the items you need to return, and click “Continue.” Select the reason for your return, and that will take you to the next page. Select the method in which you would like to receive your refund, and click “Place Return.”
