"These French edge tools are great. They are well balanced and fairly sharp. I did have to strop them pretty good. The blades change out nicely, but they don't just fall out of the handle. I'm still learning how to use them but, so far I like them. The website was spot on with the description. I highly recommend this edge tools. I already made a case for them."

"Used to certain types of skiving or channeling of leather. Tool is comfortable and seems to be sturdy. However was rather disappointed in the sharpness of tool and edge finishing out of the box. The edge was not consistent across it's width (quality control?) and did a poor job of cutting. Will definitely have to work on getting a better sharper edge for these to be effective."
