What a fine way to spend a Friday evening! I’m working on beveling the edges on straps for some belts and collars we’ve got planned. This big ol’ mess was made in no time at all thanks to my weaverleathersupply EZ Edger tool. One big reason we’ve never seriously delved into belt and collar making is because of how much work it can be to bevel the edges on that much leather. Prior to purchasing the EZ Edger, I did all of my edge work by hand. It’s tedious and can be a bit of a pain when lots of edges need worked. That’s all a thing of the past now. Work smarter, not harder. Someone way more intelligent than me said that one time. Good words to live by

The attention to detail in any leather product is what will stand out to your consumers. Edge beveling leather removes the harsh, sharp 90 degree edge on a piece of leather. Leaving you with a rounded edge that feels good in the hands.
This task can be completed with a number of methods and machines. Most commonly used is the hand held edge beveler.
With this new upgrade in the shop, production time and consistency is improved 10 fold.
